Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and cancellations for workshops offered by Hook & Yarn

 

Cancellations by the Participant:

 

  • Full Refund: Participants can receive a full refund if they cancel their workshop registration at least 14 days before the workshop date.

 

  • Partial Refund/Credit:Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards a future workshop, depending on the specific situation.

 

  • No Refund:Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date, or if the participant fails to attend the workshop, are generally non-refundable.

 

  • Transferability: Workshop registrations may be transferable to another participant, provided you notify us 7 days prior to the workshop date and the new participant meets the workshop requirements. Registration of the new participant will be required.

 

Cancellations by the Workshop Provider:

 

  • Alternative Date: If Hook & Yarn needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

  • Full Refund: In the rare event that Hook & Yarn is unable to offer an alternative date, a full refund will be issued.

 

General Notes:

 

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of the cancellation request.

 

This policy applies to all workshops offered by Hook & Yarn.  Please notify us of any cancellations or requests for refunds by email at least 7 days before the workshop date.

 

Small Business: This policy is in place to help protect the business financially, as materials are often purchased in advance based on enrollment.  Transferability:If you cannot attend the workshop, you may be able to transfer your registration to another participant upon discussion with Hook & Yarn.  Reistration by the new participant will be required.
